Explore, Release, Heal
People often pursue counselling for a variety of reasons. It could be to address specific mental health concerns, cope with life's challenges, or improve their overall well-being. Some may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, while others might be looking for guidance in navigating major life transitions. Additionally, counselling provides a supportive environment for self-exploration and personal growth, allowing individuals to gain insights into their thoughts and behaviours. Ultimately, seeking counselling can be a proactive step towards achieving a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Meet Jen Webb
Welcome to Webb Counselling. My name is Jen, and I am a qualified integrative counsellor as well as a registered member of the BACP.
With extensive experience in assisting both adults and young people in navigating the complexities of addiction, I also provide support to family members affected by a loved one's substance use.
I possess extensive expertise in bereavement counselling, with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges associated with grief and loss and their profound impact on individuals. I also provide pet bereavement counselling, recognising the complexities involved in losing a valued family member and the accompanying grief.
I offer client-centred integrative counselling, as well as trauma-focused therapy. Additionally, I address various other presenting issues such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, PTSD, sexuality, childhood trauma, anxiety, stress, neurodiversity, co-dependency, narcissistic abuse and relationships, which are often interconnected with mental health challenges. My practice integrates inner child healing, particularly for individuals with a history of childhood trauma.
As an integrative counsellor, I customise my approach to each client by drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Inner Child Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Transactional Analysis.
Counselling is available in-person at Bastion Mews in Hereford, online or via telephone.
Home visits are also offered subject to an initial risk assessment.
